We will quote you a project fee after a telephone consultation. The price depends on your particular need and is based on standard industry rates for each of the services we provide. Some projects might require a hybrid of services, such as a document that needs proofreading but also a little editing, or one that needs editing plus a little rewriting. Our pricing allows for those “in-between” rates.
If that happens, we charge additional hours, at appropriate rates, only after receiving your authorization. However, if your project ultimately requires less work than anticipated, you get a rebate. We only charge for the actual time it takes to complete the work. Our experience allows us to deliver excellent results efficiently.
Billed hours include actual writing and/or editing time, any necessary research and discussions with you to work on draft revisions. Those discussions can be by telephone, e-mail or instant messaging, as is your preference. We have found that communication is the most critical factor in ensuring great results. For training, the price includes actual training time, preparation of materials and travel expenses.
We accept a 50-percent deposit when work begins, with the remainder paid upon completion. We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, check or money order.
Yes. Most of our contracts are for proofreading, editing, resume writing and rewriting jobs that require 10 or fewer hours. If you employ us for one of these services and are not completely satisfied, we provide you a full refund. That is how confident we are that you will be thrilled with our team's work.
Recent experience with grants indicates that grantors place as much emphasis on other factors as on the way the proposal is written. These factors include the organization's experience, demographics of the community or proposed beneficiaries of the project, the project design and the value of cash and inkind pledged by the applicant. This is why it will be more economical for you if, rather than write the proposal, we help with any of the following that you need: analyzing the Request for Proposal or grant announcement, strategizing your approach, identifying needs data and partners to provide support, writing measurable objectives, formulating a budget and designing a project evaluation plan.
